Digital Products
All digital products — including Canva templates, rate cards, media kits and reels templates — are delivered instantly upon purchase.
Once your payment is confirmed you will receive an email with your download link. Your files are available immediately — no waiting, no shipping costs.
Please note:
- Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded
- If you experience any issues accessing your download, contact us at hello@nubeamedia.com and we will resolve it within 24 hours
- All digital products are for personal and business use only — resale or redistribution is not permitted
Physical Products
Physical products — including phone cases, laptop sleeves, notebooks, mugs, scarves, handbags and accessories — are printed and fulfilled on demand.
Production Time
All physical products are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges — Physical Products
Because all physical products are printed on demand especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However if your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrectly printed we will replace it at no cost to you. Simply email contact@contentpreneurs.online within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
