You don’t need to show your face to build a successful online business.
You don’t need to be on camera every day, perform for an algorithm, or make yourself uncomfortable to create content that works. Some of the most successful content accounts — including two of my own internationally recognised brands — have never shown a face. Not once.
Faceless content isn’t a workaround. It’s a strategy. And when it’s paired with the right keywords, the right platforms and a content system that compounds over time, it can generate more reach, more saves and more sales than face-led content ever could.
This is your 30-day faceless content plan — 30 ideas across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest, designed specifically for coaches, mentors, creators and digital business owners who want to grow without being on camera 24/7.
Before You Start: What Makes Faceless Content Work
Faceless content works because search does the heavy lifting instead of your face.
On TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube, content is found through keywords — not followers. That means a faceless video or pin created today can be discovered six months from now by someone who has never heard of you, searching for exactly what you offer.
The key is creating content that is:
- Searchable — built around keywords your audience actually types
- Saveable — valuable enough that people want to come back to it
- Evergreen — relevant beyond the day you post it
Every idea in this list is designed with all three in mind.
Your 30-Day Faceless Content Plan
WEEK ONE — Establish Your Value (Days 1-7)
Day 1 — The Aesthetic B-Roll Film your workspace, your coffee, your notebook, your laptop. No face needed. Add text overlay with a tip related to your niche. Caption it with a keyword-rich description. This style of content performs exceptionally well on TikTok and Pinterest.
Example text overlay: “The content system I use to generate leads every day without posting 3x a day”
Day 2 — The List Pin (Pinterest) Create a Pinterest pin with a numbered list. “7 content ideas for coaches who hate being on camera” — bold text on a clean background. No face, no video, massive reach potential.
Keyword to target: “content ideas for coaches”
Day 3 — The Talking Text Video (TikTok/Reels) Record a voiceover over b-roll footage — your hands typing, a coffee being poured, aesthetic desk shots — while your text tells the story on screen. Your voice, not your face.
Example: “I made £X from content last month and I never once showed my face. Here’s what I did instead.”
Day 4 — The Quote Carousel (Instagram) Create a 5-slide carousel of powerful quotes relevant to your niche. Aesthetic background, clean font, your brand colours. Coaches: mindset quotes. Creators: content quotes. Business owners: entrepreneur quotes.
Keyword: “entrepreneur inspiration quotes”
Day 5 — The Tutorial (All Platforms) Screen record your screen, a tool, a Canva template or a process and walk through it with a voiceover. Educational, searchable, no face required.
Example: “How I plan a month of content in 2 hours using AI tools”
Day 6 — The Stat Pin (Pinterest) A striking statistic in your niche on a clean graphic. “88% of Gen Z use YouTube as a search engine.” Bold, shareable, saveable. These get enormous organic reach on Pinterest.
Keyword: “social media statistics for business”
Day 7 — The Transformation Story (TikTok/Reels) Text-only video telling a before and after story — yours or a client’s — over aesthetic b-roll. No face. Just the story in text on screen, word by word.
Example: “Before Contentpreneurs® she was posting every day and making nothing. After: consistent monthly income from content she created once.”
WEEK TWO — Build Authority (Days 8-14)
Day 8 — The How-To Carousel (Instagram) A step-by-step how-to in carousel format. “How to write a TikTok caption that ranks in search — 5 steps.” Each slide = one step. Save-worthy, shareable, no face needed.
Day 9 — The Myth-Buster (TikTok) Text on screen over b-roll: “Things people believe about [your niche] that are keeping them stuck.” List 5 myths with the truth underneath each. High comment and share rate.
Example: “You need a big audience to make money from content. MYTH. Here’s what you actually need.”
Day 10 — The Product Pin (Pinterest) A clean product pin featuring one of your offers, templates or tools. Marble background, gold accent, your product image, price. Pinterest loves product pins and with the Shopify integration they become shoppable automatically.
Day 11 — The Behind the Business (All Platforms) Show your process without showing your face. Hands on keyboard. Screen recording. Notebook with notes. A flat lay of your work tools. Caption it with insight into how you work.
Example: “A day in my business — no office, no commute, no boss.”
Day 12 — The Checklist (Pinterest/Instagram) “The content checklist every coach needs before they post.” Checklist format on a clean graphic. Highly saveable on Pinterest. Drives traffic for months.
Day 13 — The Comparison (TikTok/Reels) Text on b-roll: “Content that expires vs content that compounds.” Two columns. Side by side comparison. This format is getting huge reach right now on TikTok for business creators.
Day 14 — The Testimonial Graphic (All Platforms) Turn a client win or testimonial into a beautiful graphic. Quote in large text, clean background, your branding. Social proof without you needing to appear on screen.
WEEK THREE — Drive Search Traffic (Days 15-21)
Day 15 — The Keyword Tutorial (TikTok/YouTube) “How to find the keywords your ideal clients are searching on Pinterest/TikTok/Google.” Screen record, voiceover, no face. This type of educational content gets saved and shared constantly.
Day 16 — The Niche Content Idea List (Pinterest) “30 content ideas for [your specific niche].” A pin that targets a specific audience. Coaches: “30 content ideas for life coaches.” The more specific the niche, the less competition and the more targeted the traffic.
This pin alone can drive consistent traffic for 12+ months.
Day 17 — The Day in the Life (TikTok) No face. Just b-roll of your day with text overlays and a voiceover. Morning routine, work process, end of day. Authentic, relatable, no performance required.
Day 18 — The FAQ Video (Reels/TikTok) “Questions I get asked every week as a [your niche] coach.” Answer 5 questions with text on screen over b-roll. Highly searchable, positions you as an expert, no camera confidence needed.
Day 19 — The Pinterest Board Idea Pin Create a pin specifically designed to be saved to a board. “Save this for later — 10 content ideas for digital business owners.” The “save this” prompt significantly increases save rates.
Day 20 — The Resource List (All Platforms) “The tools I use to run my online business.” List format, aesthetic graphic or b-roll with text overlays. These perform incredibly well because everyone wants to know what tools successful people use.
Day 21 — The Algorithm Tip (TikTok/Instagram) “Why your content isn’t getting views (and it’s not what you think).” Text-led, short, punchy. Algorithm content gets enormous reach because every creator and business owner wants to understand it.
WEEK FOUR — Convert to Sales (Days 22-30)
Day 22 — The Offer Pin (Pinterest) A direct offer pin. Clean, clear, benefit-led. “30 done-for-you faceless reels templates — instant download.” Price visible. Shop Now CTA. Link straight to product page. No soft sell — Pinterest users are buyers.
Day 23 — The Income Proof (TikTok) Text on b-roll: “What generating income from content actually looks like.” Screenshot of analytics (blur specific numbers if you prefer), revenue milestones, platform growth. No face. Just results.
Day 24 — The Mini Training (Instagram Carousel) A 7-10 slide mini training on one specific topic in your niche. Teach something genuinely useful. End with a CTA to your offer. This format builds enormous trust and drives warm traffic.
Day 25 — The Repurposed Blog Pin (Pinterest) Take your best performing blog post and turn it into a Pinterest pin. Bold headline, keyword-rich description, link to the full post. Blog content on Pinterest drives consistent long-term traffic.
Use this post as a Pinterest pin: “30 Days of Faceless Content Ideas for Coaches & Creators”
Day 26 — The Challenge (TikTok/Instagram) “7-day faceless content challenge — I’m posting every day for 7 days without showing my face. Follow along.” Documents the process, builds community, creates 7 additional pieces of content in one idea.
Day 27 — The Trend with a Twist (TikTok) Take a current trending audio or format and apply it to your niche without showing your face. B-roll + trending audio + text overlay = algorithm boost + discoverability.
Day 28 — The Results Carousel (Instagram) “What happened when I switched to searchable content.” Before metrics vs after metrics. Pin growth, views, sales. Told through text and graphics, no face needed. High save and share rate.
Day 29 — The SEO Tip for Your Niche (Pinterest) Highly specific SEO or keyword tip for your exact audience. “The Pinterest keyword coaches are missing that’s costing them traffic.” Niche + SEO + Pinterest = high value content that ranks.
Day 30 — The Invitation (All Platforms) End the month with a direct invitation to your offer. No hard sell. Just clarity. “This is what I do, this is who it’s for, here’s how to get started.” Text on b-roll, calm, confident, no performance required.
How to Make Every Piece of Faceless Content Work Harder
Creating the content is only half the strategy. Here’s what makes it compound:
1. Keywords first, always Before you create anything, ask: what would my ideal client type into Pinterest, TikTok or Google to find this? That phrase goes in your title, your description and your caption. Every time.
2. Post to the right platform for the content type
- Pinterest: graphics, carousels, product pins, blog posts, listicles
- TikTok: short video, b-roll with text, voiceover tutorials, trending audio
- Instagram: carousels, reels, stories, product showcases
- YouTube: longer tutorials, behind the business, screen recordings
3. Cross-post everything One piece of content = multiple platforms. Your TikTok b-roll becomes an Instagram reel. Your Instagram carousel becomes a Pinterest pin. Your blog post drives traffic from all three. One creation, multiple search entries.
4. Evergreen over trending Trending content spikes and dies. Evergreen content — how-tos, listicles, tutorials, tips — keeps driving traffic for months and years. Prioritise content that will still be relevant in 12 months.
5. Be consistent with your niche keywords Pinterest and TikTok’s algorithms categorise your account based on the consistent themes in your content. If you post about content marketing for coaches consistently, the algorithm learns to show your content to people interested in content marketing for coaches. Consistency = categorisation = reach.
